Products and sales prices
All sales prices of products on the site tredicesimaessenza.it are inclusive of I.V.A. (VAT) and any other tax, but not shipping costs, indicated separately. Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice. They constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 c.c. It is understood that the image accompanying the presentation of the products may not be fully representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, size and accessory products in the figure.
Purchase mode:
– Supplier (hereinafter also referred to as tredicesimaessenza.it): the company For & Far s.n.c., with offices in via Principe di Piemonte, Sant’Eufemia D’Aspromonte (RC) 89027 – VAT number: 00966190803
– Customer: the subject identified by the data entered at the time of registration or first purchase.
The purchase contract is completed through the exact compilation of the order form and consent to purchase.
Tax certification and invoice:
The invoice relating to products purchased by private individuals is not issued as they are sales transactions not subject to the tax certification obligation pursuant to Article 22 paragraph 1 No. 1 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972 and Article 2 of Presidential Decree 696 of 1996. All customers are sent an order summary that has the same tax and legal value as a traditional receipt.
Right of withdrawal:
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The Customer must follow the following simple procedure:
1) Send a right of withdrawal request through a simple e-mail to the site manager at: info@tredicesimaessenza.it within 14 working days from receipt of goods.
2) Provide, using a courier of your choice, to ship the product to, For & Far s.n.c. via Principe di Piemonte, Sant’Eufemia D’Aspromonte (RC) 89027 carefully packed in its original packaging. For & Far s.n.c. will refund the cost indicated in the purchase order including the initial shipping costs (the shipping costs incurred by the customer to return the goods will not be reimbursed), within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It will not be possible to apply the right of withdrawal in the event that the returned product is not intact, meaning any damage not due to transportation (lack of original packaging, absence of integral parts of the product, etc.).
